The construction has regular plan similar to a rectangle of maximum size equal to about 180×120 m and a height of approximately 12 m.
The building is on three levels: ground floor and two floors above ground, and is divided into two parts by a structural joint.
The vertical structures are made up of r.c. precast columns and r.c. cast in place shear walls placed along the perimeter of the building.
The first floor, with a 16×8 m mesh, is made of precast r..c. prestressed elements consisting of inverted T or L-shaped beams and ribbed slabs.
The roof, with a 16×16 m mesh, is instead made up of precast prestressed r..c. inverted T and L-shaped main beams, I-shaped secondary beams, and from a lightweigt structural concrete slab cast on corrugated steel sheet.
The foundations are footings on 600 piles for columns and mats on 1000 piles for shear walls.
The building is completed by a large underground r.c. basin and from external and internal stairs in steel structure.
The external facades are made of aluminum sandwich panels supported by a secondary steel structure.
