A first building, on Via Sammartini, is composed of four underground and five above ground floors, a second building, on Via Fabio Filzi side, has a basement and five above ground floors.
The buildings were made in reinforced concrete cast in place for the above ground floors; instead, precast structures for underground parking floors have been adopted.
The bulkheads were made using reinforced jet grouting columns anchored with three rows of tie rods, subject to experimental tests and a specific publication.
Particular care in the design was required by the presence under the buildings of the tunnel of the MM3 underground line that required a special checks and monitoring throughout the construction phase.
