The car park building has an irregular plan similar to a triangle of maximum dimensions of about 100 m x 70 m and spread over 4 floors above ground for a total height of about 14,5 m.
The structure consists of precast reinforced concrete columns arranged on a 7.5 x 16 m mesh.
The beams, which are also prefabricated in prestressed reinforced concrete with an inverted T-shaped or L-shaped section, support the 16 m length precast -shaped floor slabs in prestressed reinforced concrete.
The walls of the elevator shafts are in reinforced concrete cast in place, as well as the foundations, consisting of footings or beams.
