This is a two-storey underground garage built underneath an existing single-storey building, surrounded by various multi-storey buildings for residential use.
The new works in the subsoil were made using special excavation technique, keeping the existing overlying building intact.
During the design phase, particular attention was paid to the study of the sequences of the construction phases with checking of the different static schemes that would have formed with the progress of the construction.
