The building has a height of 67 meters above ground; it is composed of sixteen floors above ground of 500 m2 each with destination for tourist-accommodation use, as well as three underground floors of 1500 m2 each used as a parking.
The structure is entirely in reinforced concrete cast in place: the 30 centimeters thick flat slabs are supported by columns organized according to a module of 7.20 meters suitable for guaranteeing hotel-type distribution.
Stairs and elevators are contained within reinforced concrete cores with 30 cm thick wall that also act as bracing for the structure.
For the realization of the excavation adjacent to the existing road network, reinforced concrete diaphragms anchored with double order of tie rods were made.
