The residential complex located in Milan at the intersection of the streets Mosè Bianchi and Alberto Mario consists of two underground floors and eight floors above ground.
The basement covers the whole surface of the lot and for the realization of the construction pit have been provided r.c. diaphragms and steel poles bulkheads anchored to the soil whit steel tie rods.
The structures, all of cast in place reinforced concrete, are made of flat slabs, part of which lightened, columns of rectangular and circular section, and shear walls.
The foundation consists of a reinforced concrete mat of variable thickness according to the entity of the loads transmitted by the in elevation structures.
