The building rise for 18 floors above ground level of about 480 square meters each having elliptic shape for a total height of 72,40 m, below which there is a basement of two underground floors intended to cars parking of about 2650 square meters everyone.
The pit for the construction of the two underground floors was performed inside reinforced concrete diaphragms anchored to the ground with steel rods and arranged along the entire perimeter of the excavation.
The foundation consists of a mat with variable thickness from 220 cm in the central area to 60 cm in the side area.
The elevation structure, consisting of shear walls, columns and 30 cm thick flat slabs, is made entirely of cast in place reinforced concrete.
