The new complex includes an entire block of the city of Pristina – Kosovo with a surface area of approximately 17,000 square meters.
It consists of a basement of seven floors, extended over the entire surface of the lot, used as parking and services above which there rise a five-storey commercial center, an eight-storey office building and two buildings for offices and residences of 35 floors above ground.
The above-ground works have a total surface of about 194,000 square meters.
All structures are made of reinforced concrete cast in situ and are organized on a modular mesh of 8 x 8 m.
The foundations are made of a reinforced concrete mat of different thickness according to the loads coming from the elevation structures.
