Client: Impresa Maltauro S.P.A.
Building surface: 82.000 m2
Structural works value: 16.000.000,00 €
Design period: 2014÷2016

The complex, divided into five buildings by structural joints, consists of seven floors located at different heights and variously extended and located in plan according to the intended use (commercial areas and parking lots).
The floors are made up of hollow core precast prestressed slabs and precast prestressed beams connected with cast in place concrete.
The columns are completely precast while the walls, the stairwells and the elevators shafts consist of a precast concrete double slab completed with cast in place concrete inside.
The vertical bearing elements are arranged with variable mesh, depending on the zones and the levels, between 8×8, 10×12, and 10×16 m.
The roof of about 2/3 of the complex is built with a glued laminated timber structure with main beams characterized by a big curvature.
The foundations consist of a gridwork of concrete beams and mats connected by a concrete slab (which also acts as a pavement for parking in the basement) resting on concrete rigid inclusions of 800 and 1000 mm diameter made with “trelicon” technology and pushed until it reaches the substrate consisting of cemented soil at about 20 m depth.
