The complex consists of a single-storey building for commercial use with dimensions of approximately 180 x 230 m and an height varying between 7.0 and 5.5 m.
Furthermore, there are a two-storey block with power plant and thermal power plant destination and a three-storey block for offices.
The above ground structures are made with prestressed concrete precast elements, while the foundations, elevator shafts, stairwells, emergency exits and all the service structures are built in cast in place reinforced concrete.
