This is a two-storey structure divided into five parts by means of expansion joints arranged at a distance that ensures correct static functioning of the whole; the elements in elevation are prefabricated: in particular, hollow core prestressed slabs completed with cast in place concrete, r.c. prestressed beams and r.c. columns.
The central part also steel truss beams in steel of great spans.
The structures were built without interfering with the activities of the shopping center, which has always remained in operation during the work; this required the use of special foundations on micropiles with a high load-bearing capacity, as well as a careful study of the construction phases.
