The car park has six floors above ground of 5000 square meters each and is made of precast structural elements: beams and slabs in prestressed reinforced concrete and columns (in one piece of great height) in reinforced concrete.
Shear walls, stairs and external ramps are in reinforced concrete cast in place.
The foundations consist of footings on piles of medium diameter.
Particular attention has been paid to the definition of prestressed perimeter structural elements (parapet beams) in order to give architectural pleasantness to the building.
