The complex consists of a tower building of eighteen floors above ground as well as a basement and a in line building with a C shape in plan of four floors above ground and two underground floors.
The tower building has an above-ground height of about 80 m: the structure consists of a central reinforced concrete core that contains stairs, lifts and plants shafts, from perimeter steel columns and decks with steel beams and semi-prefabricated concrete lightened slabs.
The foundation consists of a reinforced concrete ribbed mat.
The in line building is instead consisting of lightened floor slabs, beams, columns, shear walls and foundation beams entirely made in cast in place reinforced concrete.
