The complex consists of a building of twelve floors above ground with a three-storey underground parking.
The area on which it stands was occupied by a building with four floors above ground and a basement, which was the object of total demolition.
The structures are made up of frames and walls in cast in situ reinforced concrete, while the floors are realized with lightened slabs.
The three storey basement, completely in cast in situ reinforced concrete, has been build inside a pit surrounded by a steel poles bulkhead, anchored to the soil with steel tie rods, necessary to support existing buildings located along the lot edges.
