The complex consists of an L-shaped building with four floors above ground and a two floors basement extended over the entire area of the lot with dimensions in plan approximately equal to 60 x 70 m intended for parking plants.
The widths of the two sides of the L-shaped building are 18 m and 12 m respectively.
The structures consist of foundation beams, columns, beams and walls in cast in place reinforced concrete while the floor slabs are made of prefabricated hollow core pre-stressed slabs that allowed to place the columns only along the facades of the building, thus keeping the interior completely free, as well as reducing the execution time.
Only in the corner area the floors are made with cast in place reinforced concrete slabs.
