The building has a plan surface of 34 x 13 m and consists of 5 floors above ground plus roof and a basement used as garages, cellars and technical rooms.
The structures, all of cast in place reinforced concrete, are made of beams, one-way ribbed slabs with hollow blocks, columns and shear walls, while the foundation consists of a r.c. gridwork.
